LMS Affects Teaching Effectiveness: Depending on Platforms, Lecturer Qualification, and Age. The ability of lecturers to manage the affects effectiveness their teaching. Each platform has differences in user interface available features. Educational qualifications age affect mastery applications. So, type platform, educational qualifications, teaching effectiveness. Objective: This study aims examine effects comparisons between three groups. Methods: comparison group consists Moodle Google Classroom; qualification master’s doctoral degrees; is d” 45 years > years. Findings: analysis results with three-way ANOVA found that groups had an interaction effect 74% Conclusion: Moodle, younger (d”45 years) have a higher average lecturer Keywords: LMS, learning management system, qualification, age, Abstrak: Mempengaruhi Keefektifan Mengajar: Bergantung pada Platform, Kualifikasi Pendidikan, dan Usia Dosen. Kemampuan dosen dalam mengelola berpengaruh terhadap keefektifan pengajarannya. Tiap memiliki perbedaan baik dari interfacenya maupun fitur yang tersedia. pendidikan usia mempengaruhi penguasaan aplikasi LMS. Jadi, itu jenis kualifikasi pendidikan, adalah pengajaran. Tujuan: Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh perbandingan di antara ketiga kelompok itu. Metode: Komparasi Kelompok platfom terdiri Classroom, magister doktor, d”45 tahun >45 tahun. Temuan: Hasil analisis dengan Anova Tiga Jalan ditemukan bahwa secara bersama interaksi sebesar 74,1% Kesimpulan: hasil penelitian lebih muda tahun) rata-rata tinggi pengajaran dosen.
